The pricing does not include shipping out of our Pompano Beach location. Please fill out the request form with the address of where the dock would be shipped and we can provide shipping costs. Installation brackets are not included but available on the site for purchase.

Installation brackets
Brackets are shipped out 2 days a week. Tuesday and Friday. The order goes direct to the shipping Department. If we are backordered which happens during certain times of the year. We will update the site and let the customer know if the order was already placed. If you have questions about brackets feel free to call.
Delivery
The docks are delivered on a semi truck. The customer will have to be on site when the truck arrives to unload and inspect the docks. If there is damage and you do not want to be responsible the damage you must NOT sign the release form and tell the driver the docks are damaged and to return them. If you sign the form and keep the docks you are responsible for the damaged ports.
Older Sportport parts
Unfortunately Sportport has not made parts for the XLT jet ski dock or the Ultra EQ boat port for years. There are no XLT pins or Ultra pins left. Best luck is Ebay.com or Craigslist.com.
